Hi, Thank you for being here! I am Towne.
The Alchemy Room emerged during a deeply transformative time in my healing journey. Like many healing arts practitioners, I first found this work as a seeker - and nearly as a last resort. And on that spontaneous path of unraveling, awakening, and returning to myself, I realized that healing isn’t a destination and doesn’t fully conform to any one protocol—it’s a deep unfolding and integration. It is truly a synthesis of mind, body, and spirit practices.
Now, after more than a decade on this path, I am a Reiki Master, certified in SourcePoint Therapy, and guided by a deeply intuitive practice.
My approach is thoughtful, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that every person already holds the wisdom they need to alchemize and integrate. The work simply supports that remembering.
The Alchemy Room isn’t just a practice—it’s a philosophy: that we can find the proverbial gold in everything, and that the most powerful changes begin within and ripple outward.
